GIL LENTOL

Gil graduated from Ohio State University. He has over twenty five years in the construction industry and came to us with sales and residential building experience in 1996. Gil lives in Canton with his wife Cindy and two sons. Sports, outdoor adventures, travel and family fill the remaining hours not spent in the office.

JERRY PRATT

In 1996, Jerry Pratt began his career at Bay State Building Specialties Inc. working as a light manufacturer in the shop. Over the next several years, he was promoted to Shop Foreman. In 2003 he worked in two roles as both Shop Foreman and Estimator. In 2005, he made the move to estimating full time. In 2018, with his dedication, knowledge and strategic mindset, he was named Vice President where he now manages all estimating and reviews all work in the process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, building codes and company standards. He is enjoying his expanding role with the company and is excited to see where the next 20 years will take Bay State Building Specialties.

In his free time, Jerry is a music enthusiast and enjoys traveling to see his favorite bands.

MARK CAMPBELL

Mark Campbell has been an employee of Baystate Building Specialties in various capacities for over 26 years. In his current position as Operations Manager he is responsible for overseeing Baystate’s outside operations. He is involved in all aspects of every project from start to finish including kick-off meetings, project meetings, scheduling, project coordination with architects, designers and clients. His main goal is to make sure all projects come in on schedule and on budget, while maintaining a great relationship with our clients.

Mark lives in Plymouth with his wife and two children. He spends most of his spare time coaching his son in various sports and watching his daughter’s dance and theater productions.

ART VOGT

Art Vogt has been with Bay State Building Specialties since 2002. His general contracting background compiled with his Construction Management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology provided the tools necessary for his intergral role in the transformation from Bay State Blackboard Inc. to the current Bay State Building Specialties Inc. (BSBSI). Art has been entrusted in managing many of the company’s complex projects and has developed a significant client/vendor base over the years.

Art is a Wellfleetian at heart and most of his free time is spent on the beaches and waterways of the outer Cape with his awesome family.

AMY HUTCHINS GERSHT

Amy Hutchins Gersht graduated Roger Williams University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture. Her career started at a Boston architectural firm and she later made the transition to work for a construction management company where she specialized in hospital and institutional facilities. Always up to take on new challenges and experiences, she then joined the project management team at Bay State Building Specialties Inc. where she is able to use her wealth of experience, creativity, professionalism, and strategic mindset daily.

When not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. As a family they like traveling, hiking, and bike riding, as well as watching or playing sports.
